Kakanui is becoming increasingly popular with holiday makers & is a wonderful laidback country town. There are so many things to do in Kakanui - surfing, diving, fishing & cycle tracks are all close at hand - afterwards imagine relaxing in the evening with a wine, listening to the birdsong & crashing waves.
